Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your monamouressentials.com purchase, please return it for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. 

If you wish to return a Monamour Essentials product that was purchased anywhere other than monamouressentials.com, please reference that specific retailers return policy for instructions on how to do so. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you received a damaged product from a monamouressentials.com purchase, please email our team at hello@monamouressentials.com with your Monamour Essentials order number and we would be happy to assist you further.  

Return Shipping

We will not be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return and will follow with a confirmation email once done. After processing, the refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
